Return/Refund Policy

REFUND/RETURN POLICY:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. IF GOODS ARE DAMAGED IN SHIPPING,  EXCEPTIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED.
LOST/ STOLEN PACKAGES: We are  responsible for packages that were lost in transit or have been stolen. Tracking details will be sent to you once the package is shipped. It is no longer our responsibility after the U.S. Postal System has possession of the package. Free shipping is only offered for USPS. Please contact us if you wish to have your items shipped via USPS “Guaranteed services” or UPS so that additional shipping cost is calculated into your order.
BROKEN/DAMAGED IN SHIPPING: You must take a photo within 24 hours of the documented delivery date from U.S. Postal Service. Send us an email with the attached photo. YOU MUST RETURN THE DAMAGED PIECE WITH THE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL PROVIDED. We will send A complimentary piece of your choice (of EQUAL value) for the inconvenience. 
ONE-OF-A-KIND: If you ordered a CUSTOM piece, and it was damaged in shipping, it CANNOT be created again. Please contact us to discuss additional design/replacement options.
